Progress in our Erasmus Plus Project

A guide-interpreter doing haptic sign for a deafblind woman during another guide-interpreter is interpreting herWe continue working on our #ErasmusPlus project in collaboration with Hapti-co and EDbU to create a methodological guide that facilitates the creation of a Haptic System in the different countries that still don´t have one, and to promote this method of communication by which it is received context information by signs given in different parts of the body, mainly the back and the arm.

In recent months, we have made surveys in countries like Denmark, Finland, United Kingdom, Germany, Slovenia, France and Belgium to collect data on the development of this communication method and analyze the possibilities of implementation in these countries.
